SECTION 15 – REFER A FRIEND & LOYALTY PROGRAM
Glo365’s referral and loyalty programs are exclusive offers subject to modification. Terms apply to usage, limitations, and point redemption, which cannot be exchanged for cash or online products.
SECTION 16 – CANCELLATION AND LATE POLICY
Cancellations made over 12 hours before an appointment incur no fee. Cancellations within 12 hours or late arrivals of more than 5 minutes will incur a $25 fee. We encourage new clients to arrive early with ID, and returning clients to arrive promptly.
